What a checklist is for
A checklist doesn’t make you better. It only stops you from taking, on a Tuesday afternoon, a trade you would have calmly turned down the night before. That’s its only purpose, and that’s already a lot.
The order of the questions isn’t decorative: it follows the chapters. If the first answer is no, the other four don’t even come up.

After the trade
The checklist filters the entry. It says nothing about what happened next, and that’s where the real learning is. Log every trade: what you read, what you did, what the market did, and which of the three was wrong.
Log the setups you spotted but didn’t take, too. They’re more instructive than the others, because they’re the only ones that cost you nothing.
